Cupcake Display Options for Weddings & Events

Classy Girl Cupcakes offers delivery, set up, and display of our cupcakes at your wedding or event in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. We offer several display options, and can work with you to customize the look of your wedding cupcake display. Visit our Wedding Gallery page for more ideas on how to display your wedding or event cupcakes. Our cupcake displays are not for sale, and we only rent displays to customers who purchase our cupcakes for the same event at which the display will be used. Delivery, Setup, and Display Rental Charges
WHITE TIERED CUPCAKE DISPLAY
Our beautiful white tiered cupcake display tower has 5 levels and holds up to 208 standard size cupcakes, and slightly more cheesecake cupcakes or mini cake cupcakes. The top tier is perfect for a 6" or 8" cutting or anniversary cake. This display works best when guests can access the cupcake table from all sides.
BLACK & WHITE CUPCAKE DISPLAY COLLECTION
Our Black & White Collection is a very versatile display and works for black and white wedding themes or with any color of cupcake design. The black wrought iron plate racks can be used with our white plates and platters for no extra charge, or you can provide your own colored plates to match your wedding colors. If providing your own plates, try to find some without rims so more cupcakes fit on each tier. Our current collection includes:
- 3 - 3 tier round black wrought iron plate racks with white rimless round plates
- 3 - 3 tier square black wrought iron plate rack with white rimless square plates

- 1 - large white rectangular platter with black floral design

BRUSHED SILVER CUPCAKE DISPLAY COLLECTION
Our Brushed Silver Collection is equally versatile and matches any design or color of wedding cupcakes. The brushed silver plate racks can be used with our white plates for no additional charge, or you can provide your own plates in your wedding colors. Our current collection includes:
- 5 - silver cupcake trees, each holds 24 standard cupcakes

- 1 - 3 tier round silver plate rack with white rimless round plates

SILVER CHANDELIER CUPCAKE DISPLAY COLLECTION
Our Silver Chandelier Collection is an elegant option to display your wedding cupcakes. The chandelier stands feature antique silver finish with clear crystal drops and beads. Our current collection includes:

DELIVERY, SET UP, & DISPLAY RENTAL CHARGES
All delivery, set up, and display rental requests are subject to our availability. Deliveries require a minimum of a dozen cupcakes. Delivery outside of our normal area may be available for an extra charge.
Pickup of your order at our Milwaukee bakery: free
Downtown Milwaukee cupcake delivery: $10 (for small, single box orders), $15 (for weddings and larger orders)
Milwaukee County cupcake delivery: $15
Waukesha and Ozaukee County cupcake delivery: $25
Racine and Washington County cupcake delivery: $35
Cupcake delivery to other counties: $.65 per mile round trip
Set up of cupcakes at your event: $25
Display rental: $50 charge, plus an additional $100 refundable deposit in the event of lost or broken display items
Display Rental Terms: Display rental charges include the use of any display items within a collection, subject to availability. We do not rent single display items, and none of our display pieces are for sale. Display rental is only available to customers purchasing cupcakes exclusively from us for the same event at which the display will be used. You are responsible for arranging safe return of all rented display items within 24 hours of the end of your event. Display items must be returned clean and in the same condition they arrived to you, or you may be charged the replacement cost of the display item and your deposit may not be refunded. If displays are returned to us dirty, a $25 cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit. Pickup service of display items may be available for an additional fee.
