HOW TO ORDER

Please fill out the above form, contact Erica at 414/477-4374 or Sara at 414/469-6537, or e-mail us at info@ClassyGirlCupcakes.com to place an order and check our availability for weddings and events. If placing an order, please allow at least 72 hours for your order to be ready, subject to our availability. We appreciate more advanced notice for large orders, holiday pickup and delivery, and Friday and Saturday weddings and parties (which fill up fast).

We accept all major credit cards by phone or e-mail. Money orders and local checks are also accepted, but must be received in full within 10 days prior to delivery to ensure that the payment clears. Orders of 100 cupcakes or more booked more than 1 month in advance require a non-refundable deposit of $50 to hold the date. The balance is due 10 days prior to your event. Orders of less than 100 cupcakes must be paid in full at the time of reservation.

CONSULTATIONS

We would be happy to meet with you to discuss the details of your wedding cupcakes. Consultations for other large party and event orders may be available based on our schedule. Consultation appointments are free, and we are available to meet at a Milwaukee location convenient to you. If you would like to taste some sample cupcakes at your wedding cupcake consultation, we can offer one flavor of traditional cupcake and up to three flavors of cheesecake cupcakes free of charge. Because we bake to order, we must charge for any additional flavor requests. Complimentary sample cupcakes are only available to couples with a firm wedding date and venue. Please contact us if you have any questions about sample cupcakes or would like to schedule a consultation. We can also e-mail a copy of our event contract for your to review prior to your appointment.

DELIVERY, SET UP, & DISPLAY RENTAL CHARGES

All pickup, delivery, set up, and display rental requests are subject to our availability.

Arranged pickup of your order in Milwaukee: free
Milwaukee County cupcake delivery: $15 (for weddings and event orders of multiple boxes), $10 (for single box orders)
Racine, Waukesha, and Ozaukee County cupcake delivery: $25
Kenosha and Washington County cupcake delivery: $35
Set up of cupcakes at your event: $15
Display rental: $50 charge, plus an additional $75 refundable deposit in the event of lost or broken display items

Display Rental Terms: Display rental charges include the use of any display items within a collection, subject to availability. Please contact us for rental pricing on single display items. You are responsible for arranging safe return of all rented display items within 24 hours of the end of your event. Display items must be returned clean and in the same condition they arrived to you, or you may be charged the replacement cost of the display item and your deposit may not be refunded. If the plates and platters are returned to us dirty, a $25 cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit. Pickup service of display items may be available for an additional fee equal to the delivery charge.

Cupcake Menu Sign: Upon request, orders of over 100 cupcakes and multiple flavors include one complimentary 5"x7" Cupcake Menu sign listing the flavors for your guests. We can either e-mail a Word document to you so you can print and design your own signs or have your stationer print individual menus, or we would be happy to create the sign for you. Cupcake menus are printed on white or ivory paper, and affixed with black photo corners to a paper that coordinates with your event colors. Frame not included. Extra signs can be ordered for $8 each.
