Our Milwaukee cupcake bakery is located at 825 N Jefferson Street on Cathedral Square in downtown Milwaukee. Check our Facebook page for updates and daily flavors. We hope you'll stop in and visit us for the best Milwaukee cupcakes!
HOW TO ORDER
Please fill out the above form, contact us at 414/270-1877, or e-mail us at info@ClassyGirlCupcakes.com to place an order and check our availability for weddings and events. All orders are subject to confirmation based on our inventory and schedule. We appreciate 72 hours notice for pre-orders of requested flavors, which have a minimum of 6 cupcakes per flavor. We always have 25+ flavors in stock, so you are welcome to stop in the bakery and purchase in stock cupcakes with no minimum quantity or notice. More advance notice is appreciated for large orders, holiday pickup and delivery, and Friday and Saturday weddings and parties (which fill up fast).
We accept major credit cards in person in the bakery, or by phone or e-mail for special orders or delivery. Orders of 100 cupcakes or more booked more than 1 month in advance require a non-refundable deposit of $50 to hold the date. The balance is due 10 days prior to your event. Orders of less than 100 cupcakes must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
LivingSocial Voucher Redemption: Customers with LivingSocial vouchers must call or e-mail us to schedule an appointment to redeem your voucher at least 48 hours in advance. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. During your appointment, you may choose from the flavors we have in stock on that day (usually 25+ flavors, but we can't guarantee any particular flavors will be in stock on any given day). No pre-orders allowed, and no walk-in redemption will be honored without a previously scheduled appointment. Vouchers are not valid toward delivery, wedding, or catering orders. One voucher per person, may not be combined with other offers or promotions. Blackout dates include holidays and 2/04/12, 2/14/12, 3/17/12, and 4/07/12. Vouchers expire on 7/07/12, which means that they must be redeemed by that date. No future redemption appointments will be scheduled beyond the expiration date.
WEDDING CONSULTATIONS
We would be happy to meet with you to discuss the details of your wedding cupcakes. Walk-in consultations may be available, but we prefer that you schedule an appointment so we can set aside time to meet with you. Consultation appointments are free, and we are available to meet with you at our Milwaukee bakery during our open hours. If you would like to taste some sample cupcakes at your wedding cupcake consultation, we can offer four cupcakes free of charge from our in stock selection when you arrive. Additional in stock selections may be purchased at regular price of $2 per cupcake. There will be a $5 charge per flavor if you would like to request specific flavor samples ahead of time, which we will bake especially for you. Complimentary sample cupcakes are only available to couples with a firm wedding date and venue and a scheduled consultation appointment. Please contact us if you have any questions about sample cupcakes or would like to schedule a consultation. We can also e-mail a copy of our event contract for your to review prior to your appointment.
DELIVERY, SET UP, & DISPLAY RENTAL CHARGES
All delivery, set up, and display rental requests are subject to our availability. Deliveries require a minimum of a dozen cupcakes. Delivery outside of our normal area may be available for an extra charge.
Pickup of your order at our Milwaukee bakery: free
Downtown Milwaukee cupcake delivery: $10 (for small, single box orders), $15 (for weddings and larger orders)
Milwaukee County cupcake delivery: $15
Waukesha and Ozaukee County cupcake delivery: $25
Racine and Washington County cupcake delivery: $35
Cupcake delivery to other counties: $.65 per mile round trip
Set up of cupcakes at your event: $25
Display rental: $50 charge, plus an additional $100 refundable deposit in the event of lost or broken display items
Display Rental Terms: Display rental charges include the use of any display items within a collection, subject to availability. We do not rent single display items, and none of our display pieces are for sale. Display rental is only available to customers purchasing cupcakes exclusively from us for the same event at which the display will be used. You are responsible for arranging safe return of all rented display items within 24 hours of the end of your event. Display items must be returned clean and in the same condition they arrived to you, or you may be charged the replacement cost of the display item and your deposit may not be refunded. If displays are returned to us dirty, a $25 cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit. Pickup service of display items may be available for an additional fee.
Cupcake Menu Sign: Upon request, orders of over 100 cupcakes and multiple flavors include one complimentary Cupcake Menu sign listing the flavors for your guests. We can either e-mail a Word document to you so you can print and design your own signs or have your stationer print individual menus, or we would be happy to create the sign for you. Cupcake menus are 8"x10", printed on white paper, and affixed with black photo corners to a paper that coordinates with your event colors. Frame not included. Extra signs or signs for orders of less than 100 cupcakes can be ordered for $8 each.
