Our cheesecake cupcakes are baked in 2 oz paper souffle cups, which are larger than a mini cupcake, smaller than a regular size cupcake. They are made with all cheesecake, no cake, with a graham cracker or chocolate cookie crust, topped with vanilla cream cheese frosting or chocolate buttercream. They are very rich, and we consider them the same amount of food as a regular size cupcake.
