FAQ – Return & Cancellation Policy

What is your cancellation policy?

Pre-orders are non-refundable, though we may offer store credit at management discretion if you notify us at least 3 full business days ahead. Most of our bakery items require extensive preparation, ingredients ordered especially for you, and specific employees scheduled. Payments for weddings and catered events are non-refundable.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final on food products, service charges, gift cards, jewelry, and accessories. Other retail merchandise may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Exchanged items must be unused with tags attached, in the original packaging, with original receipt presented.
